Hello my fellow mermaids!
The other day I was looking at my nail polish collection and 2 polishes caught my attention. Both these polishes look very similar in the bottle, and I wanted to see how similar they were once they’re on the nail.
In case you’re not familiar with crellies, they’re consider to have a sheer base so that all the different glitters or flakies can be seen throughout the different layers of the polish. There are different types of crellies: white base, sheer base, glitter, flakies, etc.
The 2 polishes I’m going to share with you today are from Different Dimension and Masura, and as you will see in the pictures, they are similar but not quite the same. Let’s begin with the comparisons.
“Room Where It Happens”
This polish is described as a white crelly base with added metallic and holographic glitters in shades of gold, copper, and pinks.
This polish is described as a white crelly base with golden, pink and copper glitter.
In the next pictures I applies 2 coats of each polish and top coat so you can see the differences. At first glance they look the same, but upon closer inspection you can see the difference in the base and the glitters.
Since the DD polish was a LE, you can purchase the Masura once in case you want something similar, but keep in mind it’s not the same.
